Publish the exact sanitized Agent Skill and VS Code preview source tree with independent license boundaries, deterministic provenance manifests, and no private development history. Keep changes narrowly scoped, add tests, preserve exact version pins, and sign
commits with Signed-off-by under the Developer Certificate of Origin 1.1.
Contributions to skills/sandwich-hime are accepted under 0BSD. All other
contributions are accepted under AGPL-3.0-only. Disclose material AI assistance
in the change description so reviewers can calibrate provenance and testing.
