    Adds cryptographically generated temporary credentials, explicit forced first-login rotation state, atomic Argon2id password replacement and all-session revocation, and additive SQLite migration. Existing applications remain unchanged until they opt into the new account state.

    Verified with Go 1.26.6 tests, race, vet, build, licence boundaries, trusted CI run 257, and an isolated 62-file public export. Applications retain private credential delivery and password-change-or-logout route policy.
